Conference (DCC) Bermuda’s Bermuda’s first first students within local schools in in in preparation for for the conference There is is is also additional content for for parents guardians school school administrators teachers mental health professionals professionals medical professionals professionals and and legislators as we build stronger communities and and and address cyberbullying Imagine your your child is with your your family relaxing and and enjoying the the the wonderful start of summer vibes at at at at the the the Bermuda Day Parade then sees a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a Snapchat mocking her/ him along with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a traumatizing and and false rumor that that that went viral before he/she even saw it it This is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a nightmare that that that happens daily amongst Bermudian students and and and that that that effects
national initiative to address cyberbullying It was designed and and managed by local students with the the the guidance of of industry professionals The middle-
and and and high school conference allowed the the the the the opportunity
for students to to to model the the the the the proper use of of social media and and and other technologies through authentic real-life scenarios The aim was to to to to teach our youth how how to to to to be be good Digital Citizens and and and how how to to to to successfully enjoy the the benefits of of social media as a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a tool for for communicating and and for for learning Bermuda’s youth are immersed in in in technology from an an an early
age and and become subject-matter experts fast Cyberbullying is is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a worldwide epidemic The 2018

Conference allowed students to to approach this problem and develop ideas of how to to deal with it it it it from their unique perspectives Using Technology at Using Technology at Work
