choice for graduating students Successful entrepreneurs have consistent characteristics – most are are are risk-takers visionaries leaders and and and are are adaptable competitive driven confident persuasive and and and understanding If you you identify with any of of these characteristics characteristics you’ll want to consider entrepreneurship However if if none of of those characteristics characteristics resonate
with real-life entrepreneurial experience The fun interactive intensive program is is a a a a a a a a a a a great way for for students students to to test the the waters and decide if if entrepreneurship is is really for for them Ten students students are given two weeks of Once the the the the summer programme concludes these young entrepreneurs have a a a further opportunity to get support for their businesses by entering the the the BEDC Rocket Pitch Pitch Competition held in in in in in November in in in in in in conjunction with Global Entrepreneurship Week The Youth Pitch Pitch category allows students to to to to pitch pitch their business for a a a a a a a a a a a a a a chance to to to to win up up to to to to $5K in in in in in in in prize money and startup services This year two lucky pitchers advanced to to to to to the the with you you you you you you can be an an an entrepreneur entrepreneur too here’s why Although everyone may have an an an an an inherent aptitude for for a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a certain discipline or or or subject any skill can be learned including those that make for for a a a a a a a a a a a a successful entrepreneur Studying entrepreneurship serves as an an an excellent foundation for the the the types of creative and and and innovative ideas needed to to to succeed and and and compete in in in in the the the the 21st century It teaches people how to to to to cultivate unique skills and and and encourages them Temporary Assistant
